Passes: VHSL Principal’s card, VHSCA, VIAAA, and senior cards accepted. Faculty IDs from any locality not accepted at Class 5 Region C Tournament Events
Referees: Assigned by Central Virginia Field Hockey Officials Association. First round host sites should coordinate start times with Association Scheduler.

Nominations: Coaches must complete the attached nomination forms and submit them to their DSA who will sign them and E-mail to patrick_steele@ccpsnet.net by Monday, October 30th. Nominate only those players worthy of All Region consideration. There will be a First, Second and Third team chosen – No Honorable Mention. All voting will be public and determined by points.
Only First Team ties will require another vote.
*Check player eligibility for All-Academic recognition-must have a 3.0 or better cumulative GPA for their high school career. No Freshmen are eligible for All-Academic recognition*

Coaches Meeting: All Class 5 Region C field hockey head coaches will meet on Sunday November 5th at 2 PM. Location will be Midlothian High School Room 440. One coach from each program is required to attend. Each program gets one vote.
State Berth: Tournament Champion and Runner-up will advance in State Play
